To ensure your package delivered safely and on time, please ensure you follow these packaging guidelines and procedures:

Firstly, remember to always label your package with our Consignment Note or Tracking No. For third-party services, you must use the provided Consignment Note. i.e. PosLaju service.
Remove any markings or labels on the package that is no longer applicable.
For packages with multiple items inside, please wrap each item individually before placing them in a box.
Use adequate cushioning material (i.e.: bubble wrap, crumpled paper, etc).
Use strong tape to secure your box or parcel.
Properly seal your package to avoid exposure to foreign elements (i.e. direct sunlight, rainwater, dust, etc).
Do not use string or paper over-wrap.
For odd or irregular-shaped items, please wrap and tape all sharped edges or protrusions.

Fill up your Item details by choosing your package type, item size, and item declaration

Choose your preferred delivery Service. Once you have decided on the date and time then all the available service will appear

After selecting your delivery service, Add-on has a section where you can write instruction note for the delivery. Then choose whether a pick-up for your package or you drop-off the package yourself at the nearest Pos Laju

Next, you can see a Summary of all the information you have put so you can review it first in case there is a mistake before you proceed to payment

Merit / Demerit system based on a weekly cycle.
All partner will start with Zero (0) PP at the beginning of the week.
PP will be used to identify incentives tier as weekly monetary rewards for your dedication in keeping Matdespatch high quality, efficient and convenient experience to the customer.
PP also use to deactivates under perform partner that continuously given poor experience to customer.
This is to protect Matdespatch system as a whole and continues to be known for quality, thus it will ensure there is more demand for your services so other high-quality partners can benefit from Matdespatch system.

Performance Points Calculations will be based on:

Customer Ratings - Average points based on sender and receiver ratings.
Delivery performance - Based on actual commitment and delivery timing of the respective delivery service.
Partner mis-conduct - MatDespatch will investigate and validate complaint received from customers, any misconduct will have an impact towards partner’s PP.

Rewards & Penalty

Merit / Demerit system based on a weekly cycle.
Reward is given according to weekly PP result.
Partner who consistently given poor experience to customers which lead to his low PP will be deactivated automatically once it r
