How to determine size / weight / volumetric weight?
Our services pricing depends on the sizes, weight and distance of the delivery. It is very important for you to declare the right weight to be fair with our courier partners, riders and drivers.
The rates quoted are based on actual weight of the package or its volumetric weight, whichever is the higher.
Calculation of volumetric weight = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5,000.
Any shipment may be re-weighed and re-measured by Matdespatch.com or Matdespatch.com’s delivery partner to confirm this calculation.
In the event of a dispute as to the calculation of the volumetric weight and/or the applicable rate, the customer agrees that decision made by Matdespatch.com shall be final and binding and we will charge your account accordingly.
