Cash On Delivery (COD) is available as a value-added service of the DelyvaNow platform, specifically for sellers based in rural areas. Collected cash will be remitted to a local bank account. Remittance will be made to sellers accordingly by the courier service provider as mentioned below, the status of COD is available on the DelyvaNow customer portal.

Basic100 plan:

The item value is RM250, 4% of the total RM250 is RM10.00.

Total RM250 + RM10.00 = RM260.00 is the total amount COD customers will need to pay.

How can I get my money from COD?

We will credit it to your registered bank account. You may need to update your bank account information in Settings > Billing & bank information if necessary. 

You will receive email notifications once settlement is completed. 

What is the payment term of COD?

How do I deliver my parcel with COD?

1. After login in, create a New Order to start.
2. Key in all the receiver and sender details, item prices and description.
3. Choose your preferred courier that support COD
4. Tick Cash On Delivery and confirm.
